Blacks haven't evolved as quickly as whites have because of their climate. In the north you needed to either invent something (tools, clothing) or you'd die. In Africa however life was pretty easy, historically most populations were located near the equator in a gigantic rainforest with little yo none seasonal challenges. No monsoons, no prolonged drought etc.
I'm not saying that Blacks were victims, they just happened to live in a place where you really didn't need much innovation. A place where things stayed the same. However those who moved further north battled the ice age, vicious predators and less climate stability. So naturally a culture of innovation kept the people of Eurasia in a constant technological grind.
Mind you technology isn't necessarily a good thing, today's world is ultra technological and we are still living shitty lives. What technology does is it makes life easier for those that can afford it.
The reason why Africa can't feed itself is because of NGOs that began vaccinating the population and bringing first world medical equipment there. Imagine going from a prehistoric infant mortality rate to a modern one over night.... That can not be sustainable, in my opinion these bleeding hearts are at fault for the shitty situation Africa is in. Had the just introduced new medical tech gradually then you wouldn't have a continent that is dependent on the global north.
