Serious Ever seen someone turn from normie to completely different person?

I had this good friend of mine a while back. He was a chad but he never fit in with anyone, he was also a big jester maxxer for a bit of time in highschool.
Around the ages of 15-16 the guy shifted completey, he has become cold, distant and fully isolative. He did get a girlfriend at once point, yet he never seemed to like her cus she was a average becky whilst he was above. He did turn blackpilled before finishing school.

So he went from this excited and up beat kid who cared about everyone to a quiet and angry man who seems to fully hate everyone around him.
I understand fully, I just wonder what brought him there. I thought chads don't end up like this.

Yes, i myself went from timid and peaceful incel to completely deranged incel nowadays.

My irl incel bud also went from fairly stoic and tolerant incel to a bitter dude that has zero optimism about his life now.

But normies becoming deranged?, never saw that tbh, maybe i saw some breakdowns here and then but they usually got support networks to get em back in line with enough time, us incels have none of that so we keep going further into the hole

I could've probably been a failed normie instead of a full incel if my family was actually supportive and I had a nice home life. I would probably at least have some friends and a job and some blue pills to keep me going and hoping. Instead I got my soul crushed before I was 16 as well and then every year after that just more disappointment and failure. I know people say it a lot but I really am just waiting to die now.
