Curries peasant socialist/communist cultural beliefs + corruption also fails miserably as seen in Ukraine who are also a peasant farming people, those cultural beliefs don't work for running a country/region. So when curries get in charge of themselves it collapses, until some foreigner takes control and is able to run the area.
Same thing for indigenous people in South America. They get in power one of their own, and yep they do Communism, every fucking time because it is what they believe. Then it crashes to shit, and the white military or para-military groups like ran by white farmers takes over and restores order. And the Spaniards and Portuguese themselves aren't too good at running things, having their own communist-lite beliefs.
Thing with the Moghuls is they weren't Communists and they weren't corrupt. People think a ruler who has a ruler tax of 1% and has large land holdings in an area that is corruption. But its different because it is playing by a known set of rules. And the property rights of the Moghuls are treated equally to property rights of non-Moghuls there.
Corruption you can't have stable business because the rules are unequally applied and arbitrary and change all the time. So you can't invest capital, everyone just takes money out of those systems. Whereas the 1% rulers tax you can put it in your spreadsheet and see if the investment still makes sense, and your competitors in business they also have to pay the 1% rulers tax, so it is a cost of doing business.. it doesn't hinder you.
