Obviously irl is always a shitty place for discussion but the internet used to be the best refuge but ever since 2009 or so, the internet has gotten worse and worse. Now in 2022 the internet is complete garbage. Any large communities are flooded with retard normaldroids, and pretty much everyone worth talking to has retreated into tiny insular communities. But even if you get invited to one or find them, they are all now suffering the same problems as irl, they're extremely cliquey and basically will ignore anything you say if you arent one of the popular guys.
Then of course theres the other communities that get overtaken by simps, foids, and orbiters. It's so dismal. The golden age of the internet was so brief that only a small subset of nerds will even know it ever existed.
