ER's parents were not the type of parents to let their son be a NEET sitting all day in his room, he stated that his mom always wanted him out of her house and that was the main reason why she sent him off to college in another city, he didn't have the option of being a NEET and even if he did he wouldn't want to, he was too prideful for that.
