I've been buying and eating raw pork rib for like 2 weeks now thinking it was beef. I've been going to a butchers I've never gone to before and I've been asking them for 'rib' without explicitly saying beef because I'm stupid. And I figured it was beef because it tasted really good, better than any beef rib I've had before. I'm completely fine, but the stigma around pork has me worried so I'm here to share my retardedness.
This is, however, a good time to experiment on myself. If I did get trichinella, I should be seeing the symptoms any day now. If 45 days pass and I'm completely fine, I might even intentionally eat raw pork from time to time.
