They're on average the dumbest people ever (there are intelligent niggers but they're very few, no offense to nigcels here). They're literally the only race unable to build a stable civilization; most African countries are in civil wars, or are miserable places to live in.
Even sands who are known for wars, have civilizations (these wars are basically proxy wars, unlike nig shootouts that no one cares enough to fund either side).
Geography really doomed them. The hot weather, wild animals, bad crops, lack of rivers make it difficult to trade and build a city. Therefore, it is difficult for them to build a civilization and they do not have any incentives to 'level up' in IQ.
African people also doesn't seem to mind shitty living conditions. Look at how they kicked out Rhodesia whites and then became a laughing stock. They don't like cracker technology and don't mind living in mud houses as long there's no crackers. While other colonized countries advanced slightly or significantly (the Brits basically colonized all continent's) Africa actually got worse when they were decolonized
