Cry of Fear is a pretty unique game so it will be a bit hard to find more like that, but you can try Afraid of Monsters made by the same dev, and look into stuff like the Silent Hill and Resident Evil games which inspired it
the main issue there is that a lot of these other horror games use 3rd person which is less immersive
