Imagine a starving child in Africa/India dying a slow death as a result of organ failure due to insufficient calorie intake or a cancer patient slowly succumbing to the illness in a hospital bed. I can bet my bottom dollar it would be difficult to picture or simulate the pain felt by the people in the aforementioned scenarios. It's easy to type "thoughts and prayers" and virtue-signal as if you care. But unless you were on the brink of death from starvation or in the last stages of cancer, you can never truly understand the full extent of the suffering associated with these experiences. Because we can only ever understand what we have personally experienced. That's where the saying "In order to understand someone, you must first step in their shoes" comes from.

Thats the reason that normies and society in general brush off our issues as insignificant and unworthy of attention. They never experienced what it was like to grow up without any friends; to be bullied throughout your childhood; to be constantly humiliated and rejected by the opposite gender. To be deprived of sex while 90% of the population acquires it with ease. Due to their lack of experience in these things, they don't understand our problems. Them telling us "its just sex bro, it's nothign special. Stop being so entitled haha," is similiar to a multi-millionaire telling that starving child that "money isn't everything," saying these things from a position of superiority and privilege.

But im sure that if that multi-millionaire suddenly became bankrupt/insolvent, losing nearly all of his money and succumbing to poverty, he would understand the value of money. If these normies became disfigured in an accident and thus ended up unable to obtain sex, they would understand our mindset and outlook towards society/life in general. Only when someone experiences something, will they be able to understand the reality of someone else with the same experience, and thus be able to show empathy to that person. Experiences shape not only your reality, but your PERCEPTION of reality. As long as 2 people have different experiences, they will have different perceptions of reality and will NEVER be able to have empathy towards one another.

Very true. I belive I already read something like that in real psychological research on the theme.

anyone that unironically espouses personality theory should get acidfaced to see exactly where having a so called "good personality" with an ugly or disfigured face gets you

People are narcissists at their very core

That’s why we should stick together because only we can understand our problem.

Can be empathetic to african man of culture who struggles to find good waifu
