If there's one thing I agree with Jewden Peterson on, it's that emotional intelligence is bullshit made up to make people, primarily women, feel better about themselves.
Women want to feel as if they're "emotionally intelligent" for crying and screaming. They make the stupid assumption that men are just as emotional as them and hide it because we're emotionally unintelligent.

No twat. Men on average are far less emotional. I feel the need to cry less than twice a year and my life is worse than the most miserable of foids. It takes a lot to make the average man angry in comparison to the average foid who gets angry at being called a female. It takes a lot to make a man sad enough to cry. As a man you have to hide your emotions whenever you feel them because
A. People will shame you
B. They'll call the cops
