His suit against Columbia was apparently dismissed.
Don't see how this was handled well. Politicians got involved in this case and it was happening during the building hysteria over campus rape culture ushered in by the Obama administration.

I know, but that had more to do with the Department of Education and the foid herself as opposed to the university.
The university obviously can't suppress the foid's First Amendment rights to expressive conduct. Nor could it retaliate against the foid for fear of violating Title IX.
The university, however, was willing to settle with Mr. Nungesser, and the administration was clearly annoyed by the foid's mattress-carrying. I remember Lee Bollinger getting flack for refusing to shake the foid's hand at her graduation.

That was ridiculous how he was demonized by some editors in papers like the New York Times over that. That too he was the only one that really seemed not to buy it. Everyone else cheered as mattress girl walked at graduation but were silent when Nunsgesser walked at graduation.
I honestly wonder if god was real what was going through his mind when he created foids.
This debacle became popular around the time I was going to college and it really showed me not to trust women when I get there. I was still bluepilled and thought I had a chance with them, but the line of thinking was right.
