We can't run from it. We can't distract ourselves and expect it to go away. It's with us for life until we die.

Resistance to this pain makes our experience of suffering even more unpleasant. More painful suffering is created when our mind is not full aligned with the reality of our situation. This is true when we over dramatize our situation in our minds and make it seem worse than it is, as well as when we under dramatize it and pretend everything is ok.

If we try to cope with insanity our suffering doesn't go away, it only makes our life worse. We need sound, calm, focused, rational minds to reduce our chance of the most horrific horrors of life, which are much worse than being alone. The world is not a kind pace.

We are alone. No one will ever love us, not even ourselves. Our parents hate us. Society hates us. The world hates us. In most cases we would even hate each other if we saw pictures of each other, because that is the natural biological response seeing what we are.

That's brutal indeed, but maybe this instinct can be overcome. Or we can try to make ourselves more equal with the use of technology somehow

Oh yah, Filters, photoshopping, & avatars.

On an individual bases it can be overcome by training our minds to have empathy/care for those who are less attractive, but most people won't do that.
