Ocra is good, but not the way nigs cook it. European ocra recepies are net superior.
 
The chicken and some soda is delicious especially when you don't wanna cook anything.
 
The chicken tenders at my dining hall is dogshit

Its way too salty with no other seasoning except salt

While the crust is too hard to chew

And the meat inside is full of tendons and i even saw blood once,

Even my high schools cafeteria which the whole school knew were dogshit mogged whatever the fuck this is

Brutal yeah thankfully the dinning ball food at my campus is mediocre it isnt anything amazing its more of a 6/10 but it’s very limited and it gets boring to fucking eat

Fucking high school food was awful fucking hated eating that shit i’d always pack my lunch fuck that stale food idk how its even called food its just fucking mold

Well since i avg about 4k now i dont really remember what i would eat during my working out stage of my life it was more like “oh look food me like me want” this was a guestsmation of what i’d eat realistically it was probably 9k-9.4k calories lol

Disgusting. If you straight up fry it then all the slime heat in your mouth. Europeans boil it for some time in a brine of slat and vinegar before putting it in the final dish.

That way you get rid of the slime. And you can actually taste the ocean as opposed to having a gigantic mess of slimey, seedy ocra pods.

Didn't desdlift either only did partial deadlifts and farmers walks

Deadlift was 600 but this is without the the knee straps wrist straps chalk or those tight suits they wear

I only did it as a hobby all i ever had was a belt so that way i didnt fuck up my spine

I didnt have a belt, I couldve bought one but I was a lazy bastard still am.

I have long wingspan and relatively short femurs so I could probably get good at squat and deadlift if I actually tried

However I also weigh 150 pounds less than I used to

I trained for 1.5 years and was extreme dirty bulking the whole time

Somehow, you ate more than me (10k vs 6-8.5k)

Maybe I just have a slow metabolism

To begin with i started training at 14 years old with my older brother we both just wanted to get strong and i’d say genetically we’re pretty damn good when it comes to building muscle/strength
I did about like 3 years of training i dirty bulked too eventually i just got fatter and stronger and i always had a big appetite i can just eat a fuck ton for some reason but now with working out it increased my appetite so i was able to eat even more and more Also mind you i smoked loads and loads of weed so when im high i get extremely hungry and i can just eat alot

I weighed at my max at 360lbs at 6ft at 16 years old but then i realized i had to do a big cutt i went down to 250 but depression hit me like a truck and i eventually used food as a cooe got addicted to carbs and im back to 320? Last time i checked i was at that

I never had the chance to bulk back up, I cut down to 225 and I was about to hop on steroids but then I got sick with diverticulitis

Yeah i got some before pics and i was gonna do the after but the after was going to be once i went down ti 200 that was the goal but i never reached that goal so i didnt really take an after pic
