I've been pretty good about eating healthy these past few years, but every once in a while I fall off the wagon because of severe apathy about my life. Well, I fell off pretty hard for the past month and eating LDAR food really fucking sucks. I'm talking ice cream, fast food, processed carbs for days. I felt like shit but shrugged it off because 'fuck it'.
Well, this last week I got back on it. Eating mostly keto style, so meat, fat & a lot of veggies. I feel so much better physically and mentally; my brain fog is not nearly as bad. Us incels are bound to be more miserable than most, but eating healthy makes things much more bearable, and the momentary pleasure from eating junk food just isn't worth it.
