Breakfast:


  • 6 egg omelette with spinach (approx. 564 kcal)

Morning snack:


  • Progain Extreme shake (600 kcal)

Lunch:


  • Chicken breast, salsa, brown rice and peppers (approx. 720 kcal)

Post-workout snack:


  • Protein shake with milk (approx. 200 kcal)

Dinner:


  • Tuna steak with olive oil, two sweet potatoes and quinoa (approx. 800 kcal)

Total approx. 2884 kcal

 
I struggle to get two meals in, can't even fathom trying five or six. it's honestly by the grace of genetics that I've gotten the results I have so far.
 
Brother my mum starts bitching if I eat even 1 egg and you think I can eat 6
Food is expensive as fuck and when you live with neurotic nigger people you aren't allowed to do anything
 
Eating becomes a struggle when you work out because you have to eat so much. Nobody got time for that. Thats why I dont put effort into my food anymore. If I could eat meat raw without dying, I would do it.
