Obviously, as it is clear foids overweight & obesity levels in the United States have increased drastically since the mid-90s & early-2000s, where even then they were already noticeably high.
The same holds true for other countries as well:
More than one in 20 women giving birth – over 38,000 a year – are severely obese and their babies are twice as likely to be stillborn as a result, an authoritative report has found.

More than one in 20 pregnant women severely obese
NHS is ill-equipped to cope with heavier mothers, increased health risks and higher likelihood of stillbirths
In Europe, the prevalence of obesity (body mass index ≥ 30 kg/m2) in men ranged from 4.0% to 28.3% and in women from 6.2% to 36.5%. We observed considerable geographic variation, with prevalence rates in Central, Eastern, and Southern Europe being higher than those in Western and Northern Europe.
Obesity prevalence from a European perspective: a systematic review - PMC
Obesity has been recognised as an important contributing factor in the development of various diseases, but comparative data on this condition are limited. We therefore aimed to identify and discuss current epidemiological data on the prevalence of ...

As many of you clearly do know by the point, the whole "women practice eugenics" is cope for various reasons:
-Society is becoming more R-selective
-Our food, water, "medicine" and various other necessities we utilize are quite literally harming us in many ways, which ofc will contribute to a more dysgenic society & increased Inceldom(will touch more on this in other threads)
-Studies have shown foids select against positive traits generally
So, what exact issues can obesity cause for newborns?
Overall, it seems that whilst it is generally agreed overweight/obese mothers have an increased likelihood of their offspring having a lower density, another so called "diet pill" seems to manifest itself in these findings:
Two studies demonstrated that mothers consuming a high-fat “Western diet” during pregnancy, defined as a diet high in meat, processed food, and saturated fat, have children with lower whole-body bone area, bone mineral content, and BMD, compared with children of mothers on low-fat “prudent diets” during pregnancy, defined as a diet high in fruits, vegetables, grains and low-fat dairy products
The Impact of Maternal High-Fat Diet on Bone Microarchitecture in Offspring - PMC
The incidence of obesity in women of reproductive age has significantly increased over the past 100 years. There is a well-established connection between maternal obesity during pregnancy and an increased risk of developing non-communicable ...

How can lower bone density impact looks?
There was a significant decrease in the maxilla and mandible BMD for both sexes between the young and middle age groups.
Now, I do understand that this is primarily analyzing the overall reduced bone-mass density due to aging. However, it can at least perhaps give us an idea of what will happen to those born with overall lower bone density may potentially suffer from as a result of their mothers obesity.
And ofc, we all know just the significance of good facial proportions ofc
The researchers chose this approach because previous studies involving the ratio of facial width to height have shown that greater facial width is often associated with higher testosterone levels as well as heightened aggression and strength in men.

Your Facial Bone Structure Has a Big Influence on How People See You
New research shows that although we perceive character traits like trustworthiness based on a person’s facial expressions, our perceptions of abilities like strength are influenced by facial structure
On average, they pass on less Vitamin D to their children:
Vitamin D is fat-soluble, and previous studies have found that people who are obese tend to have lower levels of the vitamin in their blood. In this study, both obese and lean mothers had very similar levels of vitamin D at the end of their pregnancies, yet obese women transferred less vitamin D to their offspring compared to lean women.
Women who are obese at the start of their pregnancy may be passing on insufficient levels of vitamin D to their babies

Furthermore, lower bone-density is also associated with lower height growth on average:
Thus, contributing to Growth Hormone Deficiency(GHD).“These (fat tissue-derived) hormones and inflammatory factors tend to have appetite/satiety regulating effects early on, and may exert their negative effects on growth both during gestation and through passage into the breast milk during postnatal development as well,” says Ellen Demerath, Larson Ode’s advisor at Minnesota and senior author on the paper.
The second cause has to do with how babies grow in the womb. One is through free fatty acids delivered by the mother via a growth hormone called IGF-1. The other is through a growth hormone secreted by the pituitary gland in the baby’s brain. The researchers think the cosseted baby is getting so many free fatty acid-derived growth hormones from its overweight mother that the other growth generator—the pituitary gland—slows its production.
Infants of overweight mothers grow more slowly
Babies born to overweight mothers gain less weight and grow more slowly than those born to normal-weight mothers, a University of Iowa study has found. But they do catch up, meaning that pediatricians should refrain from boosting their nutrition, which could make matters worse. Results appear in the
Ultimately, this reflects just how much more dysgenic society is becoming: Simply, it highlights to us just how further behavioral sink increases the vast rates of many potential factors contributing & heavily correlating with that of inceldom.
