The difficulty will depend on your IQ and motor control.
Super easy, any retard can do it.
The tests for licenses however vary a lot between countries. In Germany and some other European countries it's a lot harder than in the US where you just show up and don't kill anyone and you get your license.

I don't know, I've been a programmer professionally since before I finished high school but I can be pretty dumb about a lot of things.
Everybody who's not disabled in some way can learn to drive a car. It just might take you longer with more tries if you're dumber and clumsier than the average person.
Just find a good driving school and do what they tell you to do. It’s hard to explain it because you actually have to drive to learn. But when the time of your test comes do everything you learned in an over exaggerated way. (Frequently checking mirrors, stoping at stop sign of 5 whole seconds, no rolling stop, over the shoulder checks, etc) Also parallel parking is a tough one but if you’re lucky they will give your car come breathing room during the test. I can’t really describe everything that good but you just have to take the classes and pay attention to know what I mean
Also, look up driving test footage on YouTube. There’s the one channel called driver’s test success or some shit, and they guy commentates over dashcam footage about everything you could do right or wrong during a test, and you can watch people drive to see what they do on the road.

Written test is complete easy shit if you put in small effort to learn laws. Driving portion is easy on the road, but parallel parking test is hard. I’d advise to take the test in a more rural area where you’ll only be driving on one or two lane roads. Driving on 4 lane highways is hard because you have to safely merge lanes. Driving on two lane roads is fun. And traffic lights are easy

Driving is easy, but I had problems with exams, but I have license (but no car)
Well you can see all the dumbasses on the road so it's easy to get. I passed my test on the first try but I lost points because I didn't signal leaving the parallel parking spot. The written test is "what do you do at a stop sign" easy.
If you can take a driving instructor course. They will pass you and your insurance will be cheaper.
Everybody drives like an absolute fucking dumbass where i live shit you not retards will be going 20 on the ramp onto a expressway thats going 70
And every fucking lane every dumbshit feels like that lane is their own they dont drive fast for shit so say for example if i want to pass a car in front of me and im in the right lane there’s a prick who’s driving at 40 in the middle so i have to fucking wait until i pass the dumbass there’s also certain stop signs that are covered by trees in certain neighborhoods that kinda pisses me off
I’d say if you’re very self aware of your surroundings you should be fine but i havent gotten my liscense yet but i know how to drive but stopped since i dont wanna risk getting into jail and parents are lazy to take me to the dmv for a liscense which is gay but wtv its not like i go anywhere jfl
