Just another way to take away our freedom.

In the not so distant future...

they've been testing them here in SF for years now.

but as of now, theyre actually giving rides to people with no safety drivers and they have been causing chaos.

they stop at intersections and just sit there causing major backups. and they block emergency vehicles.

San Francisco is truly a dystopia. That city is a shithole, but it will still keep attracting LGBT people, since it's a hub for that kind of degeneracy, and keep degrading even further.

The funny thing about this incident is that Cruise, Waymo, etc. still map out paths and their "AI" is not advanced enough to actually learn from situations like this. The engineers will probably add some negative weight to the conditions that led to this stop and call it a day. Nothing will fundamentally change. If only people knew just how far off self driving is from scaling to replacing the trillions of miles humans drive a year...

Just another way to take away our freedom.
True. I wonder which OECD country will be the first to ban human driven cars.
