If your dream is too realistic, you wake up and might feel the wish to kill yourself over it.
Imagine dreaming about having a gf, being loved and being attractive and believing you've made it and then you wake up.

I once had a dream, I had a gf there and when I woke up I was heartbroken for the next days.
