Serious doubt about dark triad

how exactly does this work in real life, psychopathy is the easiest feature to understand, but how does being a narcissist dont make you an asshole? I imagine how to be a manipulative person in a TV series but it doesn't work in real life, it is not a perseptive feature unless someone is watching you 100% of the time, the dark triad was one of my last copes, but now even that doesn't make
sense to me.

Imagine thinking you can actually gauge how dark triad you are with some meme test on the internet.
