Don’t know where to buy clothes

where I live I either go to Kohl’s or the Mall or something and pay an absurd full price for brand name clothes or I can go to TJMaxx and search through piles of garbage to find a decent shirt for an okay price.

I might go to Belks and see if they have anything on clearance but I genuinely can’t find any store with comfy clothes for a reasonable price.

I just buy mine at the local rice-owned clothing stores. 20-25 years ago they used to sell low quality garbage but they've improved a lot recently.
