If they don't like it, they can leave at any fucking time they want. No one's stopping them. OK, maybe some will say that they stay out of fear of getting killed if they leave their bfs. I admit this happened and I've seen it, but we go back to how it all started. They knew the guy was no good news, that he was a "bad boy" and they obliged. So it's still all on them.
They know how to say no to a normal guy who asks them out via text but who isn't good looking enough. They even know how to make his life miserable, or they can leave beta Billy immediately if something slightly better comes along, but they can never leave their abusive boyfriends.
I used to feel very bad when I saw cases like this on news (it's pretty common in my country to see abusive relationships/marriages) but now when I know they can stop it at any time or start making better decisions and they don't, I actually feel some lifefuel.
Every woman who is in an abusive relationship and doesn't leave right away deserves it and wants it. And if she really can't leave him, she shouldn't have chosen him in the first place.
