What makes you think Incels won't be forcefully conscripted?
The moment, the HQ sees that you don't have any wife or kids do leech off the pensions when you die, they will send your ass to the battlefield in a blink of eyes.

They want soldiers to have families though. And since the 70s conscription is harder there is no more draft.

I have no idea. I think it's indoctrination. There are tons of incentives, so many that men will marry then go off to war. It may make them better soldiers if they have something to fight for. The military is also a good way to raise your social standing. They don't want cannon fodder, they want disciplined people who come back and apply it in life. Cops, politicians and other such occupations get a boost from public opinion and also it makes them better at their jobs I believe.
