Last night, while sleeping, I think I crossed over.
In a dream, or what ever it was, I met my deceased father.
I was aware that he (and possibly I) were dead.
When speaking to him, I said I can't stay long, because eventually I will go back to life.
In another dream, I was traveling with my mother to Albany, NY.
I was amazed how she knew where the trains were.
In the dream, I was aware that she had Alzheimer's.
I keep having constant dreams of my parents, in the state that their in.

No unfortunately. It was just a dream man.
The good news is that you may have kind of been speaking to your father as he might have been saying some things to you that you might have forgotten, and the dream brings it back.

These dreams mean nothing.
I dreamed about time traveling back in time, meeting my father who died when I was 3yo, talking to him and then dying because I altered history.
It was intense.
After I woke up, I realized that the dude I was talking to actually didn't look like my father at all and that we talked in a building which didn't even exist back then. But in the moment of the dream, it felt so damn real, it was frightening.
Dreams are just your brain doing funny stuff, nothing more, there is nothing to them.
