It helps with serotonin. Does it help with tiredness? Or just depression?
I read that before. There is some scientific evidence that St. John's wort may help treat mild depression, and the benefit seems similar to that of antidepressants. But two large studies, one sponsored by the National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine (NCCAM), showed that the herb wasn't more effective than a placebo in treating moderately severe major depression. The conventional drugs also studied didn't fare any better than a placebo, either.
I don't know much about it so I'm not the best source I guessI trust a dudebro from here more than them fancy bastards!
I researched it but found no mention of anti fatigue qualities. I read a few posts here about dudes that liked it. Saying it helped on rough days... Plus it's really easy to grow.I don't know much about it so I'm not the best source I guess
If it doesn't harm your body in any way then I guess it's worth a shot.I researched it but found no mention of anti fatigue qualities. I read a few posts here about dudes that liked it. Saying it helped on rough days... Plus it's really easy to grow.
That's what I figure. It's worth a try just to maybe feel less sad. It could be the fatigue is a symptom of depression. Futility and all that.If it doesn't harm your body in any way then I guess it's worth a shot.
That would make senseIt could be the fatigue is a symptom of depression.
