It helps with serotonin. Does it help with tiredness? Or just depression?

There is some scientific evidence that St. John's wort may help treat mild depression, and the benefit seems similar to that of antidepressants. But two large studies, one sponsored by the National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine (NCCAM), showed that the herb wasn't more effective than a placebo in treating moderately severe major depression. The conventional drugs also studied didn't fare any better than a placebo, either.

I read that before.
Not sure if I trust it.

Maybe I should get some of that placebo stuff? Lol.

I trust a dudebro from here more than them fancy bastards!

I don't know much about it so I'm not the best source I guess
I researched it but found no mention of anti fatigue qualities. I read a few posts here about dudes that liked it. Saying it helped on rough days... Plus it's really easy to grow.

If it doesn't harm your body in any way then I guess it's worth a shot.

That's what I figure. It's worth a try just to maybe feel less sad. It could be the fatigue is a symptom of depression. Futility and all that.
