How can society expect us to be all fine and dandy about absolute isolation?

Why do we get no empathy or consideration like anyone else suffering from a physical disorder? Why must we get ridiculed for being disabled? Yes, being so unattractive that every woman is repulsed by the sight of you, is a disability.
