I could never stop faping, but, stopping porn might be a good idea. its probably an unrealistic version of what happens. And if I ever get there I dont want to be disappointed by porn expectations. Unless its a drug orgy, then its probably realistic
It works, but it has it's pros and cons. The pros include increased energy & ambition, numbed anxiety. The cons include increased thoughts about women, sexual frustration resulting in aggression which must be vented through regular exercise. Starting small is advisable. Just switching from fapping daily to fapping twice a week will make a noticeable difference.

I've done nofap and I've had long periods of fapping often. Haven't felt a difference between them.
