Neither, it depends. If you've consistently been treated like shit all your life by normies and foids and inwardly know you're subhuman I wouldn't call you fakecel. If you legit have no indicators of subhumanity other than the fact that you haven't had sex yet and you haven't ever tried approaching then yeah. But most people never really admit to the latter so it's impossible to know. 
I think one should try at least two or three times but I don't blame them if they give up afterwards.
