I did a casual experiment and noticed that light-skinned, handsome Hispanic men seem to get attention from women of all races, just like handsome white men. Their SMV appears to be on par, and they seem to get the same opportunities with women. From what I’ve observed, it looks pretty much the same across the board.

It seems pretty obvious that women aren't going to care if he's slightly more tanned and some are into it because they are into Hispanics same as men.

No, it's about being a non-med white. I don't think you realize just how much sexual capital light hair and eyes provide outside of nations where those features are normal. Light skin tones are present in a minority of middle eastern and Hispanic men and you never see them benefit from JBW phenomenon the same way.
