Where do I start?

- Seems like every Latino and Filipino young male wants to drive loud modified cars (while they live with their parents).

- Males want to drive huge lifted-trucks everywhere aggressively.

- Some idiot was weaving through cars on the freeway just now around 11:00pm.

- Some dumb-ass beaner died while racing on a street next to my house.

- I see a lot of plush toys hanging from the bumpers of cars, meaning they are ready to race.

- Californians are still buying Ford Mustangs, gas-guzzling unreliable American cars.

- Dumb-asses are driving around in the new Ford Broncos, ugly American-car-slop.

I've been thinking could you temporarily move to Latvia? I read that it's the easiest country in Europe to get a driver's license and then you can change it to a german one after moving back. The downside is that Finland and possibly Baltics like Latvia will be in war any day now so it's not safe and there's possibly a language barrier.
