You're doing great, but what do you mean by 'juicing'?
a process that extracts the juices from fresh fruits and vegetables.

usually in a juicer like this

CSJ 300C 5

Idk, but what I've heard it kind of does, along with some physical activity.

Yes it does. If your brain doesnt have all the nutrients it needs its not functioning properly, along with the rest of your body.

eat olive oil ( expensive olive oil if u can), fish, tomatos, and goat meat

Modern day diet are too full of chemicals to have proper nutrition value. They can make sure they can control the masses this way.

Short answer: yes it can.

Longer answer: certain diets can influence neurotransmitter levels in your brains.

In ketosis, less glutamate is metabolized and more becomes available to the glutamate decarboxylase reaction for the purpose of GABA synthesis.

For example alcohol increases GABA and it also blocks the effects of glutamate, causing the person who consumed alcohol to become more relaxed. If keto diet has an anti-epileptic effect then one can also assume that keto diet can help OCD and anxiety too.
