If you don't know what SIB (Self injury behavior) I think it's a common thing in people with autism and shit. It's where you hit yourself (Self injure yourself) for no reason, although sometimes it can be because you don't know how to express emotion. Point is, whenever I'm alone I sib alot and I'm just now realizing it. I'll clench up my jaw/teeth and just start hitting myself either open palm or closed fist while screeching (Not too loud, just loud enough) until I just stop, and I think it's genuinely giving me brain damage because I don't stop for a while, idk. I want to stop it though.
Do any of you retardcels SIB? If you do, how do you stop it from really hurting (I know some people bite their hands and skin and so they get gloves and cushion to bite into) and if you've stopped, how did you stop? It's kind of important for me. Please.
