I remember I got into doing it during my redpill/self improvement phase. Actually got pretty consistent with it which is surprising considering I'm a low attention span zoomer.
There's a lot of studies backing up the benefits to it, back when I did it consistently I did notice an improvement in my concentration and I felt like it also helped clear up some of my brain fog. But it can be hard to tell if the benefits you think you're receiving are just placebo or not which was why I gave it up feeling like it wasn't worth the effort for something I wasn't even sure was helping or not.
Been trying it again for the last couple days. Been feeling a little bit more whitepilled than I usually do so I've been trying to improve my life a little bit despite everything.
