Discussion Does anyone have trouble making phone calls?

Everytime I have the call to make a doctor's appointment or call for a service, I make a total ass of myself. The words in my mouth become all jumbled and I sound like a stammering mess. I can't even order delivery food, I use the internet apps. I have a legitimate anxiety disorder which I take meds for, and still I fuck up. It's major detriment to my life.

Could be related to fapping. Not to be a nofapcel, but I have noticed I get more "pissed off" at existence if I go about a week without fapping, and that attitude makes for better phone calls. After fapping, I don't want to be seen or heard for hours.
