It's very hard not to, but doing so can carry serious consequences. Even if women aren't attracted to you, they get pissed when you don't give them validation. In fact, I believe that many of these false "sexual harassment" charges are filed against men that rejected them. Woman are not forced to accept rejection and "get over it" like a normal person.
