I used to have terrible brain fog, that's how I found yourbrainonporn/nofap over 5 years ago as I typed that into google, never heard the phrase before but that was what I was feeling, and clearing that up was one of the purported benefits. Well I couldn't stop jacking off for any decent length of time until here recently, but what helped me with the brain fog was to take a nightly walk (or several of them) and to talk to myself aloud which helps me sort my thoughts.

Nofap over 2 months now has helped a lot with anxiety and caring less what people think about me, but not completely since I'm still a legit ugly rotter and well cognizant of that fact.

If you're like 500+ you could probably get your T levels to increase by about 25% naturally tbh, so it may be worth not taking TRT
