I try to go to bed when it’s dark because I’m a fucking loser. I wake up at 1 o clock most mornings, stay up for 2 hours then wake up at about 7 in the morning
I honestly don’t know, I used to have a lot of like crazy manic energy that felt good during the day. I think the COVID gave me strokei used to go to sleep at 11am-1pm and then sleep until 7pm because the daylight made me so depressed
