Serious Does a program like this exist?

Is there a program or extension that removes images off the internet on my computer using a filter list? I want it to be permanent and not just a temporary element remover

e.g. i type women in the filter list
any website i go to has pics deemed to be women removed automatically

Not sure about what you mean here
You can't remove them from the server side
Only way you can remove them is preventing them from loading or hiding them on your client side
As for the latter you can write a tampermonkey(or similar userscript extension) script for it, don't ask me the specifics though

Yeah I know it'd still be client side. I thought an existing one would be in the market already
