I remember i was at the doctors years ago when i was about 15 and i asked him if i will grow any taller and he said that yeah i will (Ended up being a lie for the most part) but he said that height doesn't matter and that whether i grow taller or not it won't change anything.

At that time i was starting to realise the importance of height but i didn't think much of it at the time since i was bluepilled at that point but now when i think back i laugh at the absolute shit he was telling me.

My mom is a doctor, the lifestyle she had me living throughout my life is super unhealthy. I was tubby, bloated or acne-faced for all of middle/high school. Definitely fucked me over.
Nowadays I lead an unorthodox lifestyle health-wise, and as a doctor she just can't wrap her mind around it. Even if all the health indicators clearly show I'm healthier, my skin cleared up, my hair loss stopped and my hair's getting thicker, my face is debloated for the first time in my life. And each time she tries to get me to go back to the norm she uses the classic "I'm a doctor, I know better". She herself is SUPER unhealthy.
