I was only trying to say altrusim has some basis in sexual selection. That women at some point selected men who were more altruistic over aggressive. I agree. Men also have reasons to do this: life without women and validation from them is brutal. But the scales are just tipped too far in women's favour in most romantic relationships these days. I've been researching how they use a surplus of males to compete for female attention. This obviously drives the economy and creates new technology.
