look at places like new zeland and look at skin cancer rates and compare the timeline to when sunscreen use became widely accepted
sunscreen had zero fucking impact on skin cancer rates
so i dont use it
if you want good skin and protect from sun damage, eat a carnivore or keto diet.
I have personally experienced this and others too - you dont get sunburn anymore as easily on this diet.
