I used to use strong aftershave cologne but my skin is too sensitive, ingrown hair and zits are also a problem. I am also searching for some products with a lasting scent.

switch to a DE razor which will greatly reduce bumps and irritation (multiblade cart razors are a gimmick), and then a stronger fragrance on your neck/wrists if being smelled by others is your goal.
In fact, you dont even need aftershave at all. Cold water and an alum bar is far more effective at closing pores, and preventing ingrown hairs.

I use Nivea post shave lotion. Fairly inexpensive but smells nice. Depending on how often you shave you can make it last awhile too
