Maybe there's hope, maybe there isn't really depends on the type of girl you get with and how you treat eachother. It's honestly a very interesting topic. I want to make clear that this question is inherently flawed. "What if a loser suddenly got a GF?" But not having a GF is at the very core of being a loser. It's an oxymoron. You cannot be a loser/incel while having a gf. And vice versa.
If you manage to get a woman, that means you managed other things first. Namely being attractive, being financially secure and accumulating a certain level of status, i.e. not being a loser anymore. And by that point yes, your life would be much better. This is a wrong chain of causation: Women do not cause a better life, they are the reward for a better life.
