Someone I talked with today was saying that you should use your blackpill knowledge about female nature,dating market etc. to help improve yourself with redpill,and that these 2 pills are actually better if taken together. Personally it sounds bullshit to me because after a certain point of subhumanity there's no ''self improvement'' that will get you pussy. But I'd like to hear your thoughts on this.

The red pill gives you the step-by-step, but what it fails to address or acknowledge is that this works only for people who've met the genetic thresholds. In other words, women automatically select you from the first few seconds of looking at you, and no amount of holding frame and peacocking is going to change that.
