A lot looks different than just the nose in the after picture. I think he got more done than just a rhinoplasty.

Is it the same guy though? Midface looks shorter in the second pic. Jfl at anglefrauding. And the nose doesn't look very natural either. Bad example.
I think its just because he tilted his head up in the second pic and the distance in the first pic is clearly veryyy close in comparison to the 2nd pic.
Furthremore, he has no other flaws beside nose. So i doubt that he changed his chin. Its just the angle

Still his nose looks unnatural now becuase he narrowed his tip too much. There is no natural nose phenotype that looks like the after(maybe asian noses but they don't have a high nasal bridge).
