That's normal, when I was in middle school there was this guy that had almost the same height as baron in his 13, people used to call him "grandão" wich means "big guy", I was very small compared to him, I saw him again when we both were 16 and I was a little taller than him, this just mean that some kids will grow their height very fast, reach a point and stop, other kids will grow their heights in longer period of time
