Yeah, I agree. He looks better but he went for chin and jaw implants and I think it is a good result considering that. A jaw surgery would have made him look much better but what he did was easier and cheaper

I think it's misleading. He's smiling in the after photo, the lighting is different. It's difficult to compare but very small real difference. Waste of money imo

It looks better, perhaps a bit overdone, but it is no longer harmonious with his forehead. The chin is too pointed and too strong, which I think is affecting the gonial angle as others are mentioning. It is really hard to tell without seeing his eyes though. He is perhaps a nosecell at this point.
