Speaking from experience I will say the treatment is clearly different. Just ask any dark skin black person and they will pretty much say women favor lighter skin. I notice something, that light skin guys tend not to have as board As noses as other blacks. It must be because the lighter the black person skin the more their family tree can be traced back to another ethnicity
