It's missing out on having normal normie friendships. Especially having female friends. I was never a part of a buddy group which had women in it. It was always a sausage fest with equally low confidence men. Now I see groups of boys and girls half my age going out, doing things that normies do, having fun and I realise that I'll never experience this. These things will shape them into fundamentally different kind of people than I am and I'll never be normal.
