Now I see groups of boys and girls half my age going out, doing things that normies do, having fun and I realise that I'll never experience this. These things will shape them into fundamentally different kind of people than I am and I'll never be normal.

That's definitely part of it. We have missed out on such a basic part of the human experience. It breaks my heart because it could’ve been different—we could’ve had lives worth remembering, with fun with friends and romantic experiences. Instead we were cursed with shit genetics, fated to just sit here and rot. Life isn’t worth living without such things.
