I'm not going to get into why she's still larping (or seems to be) on yt given that she's not ugly (not any more at least).
Just for reference what kind of surgeries did she get? Her most drastic change seems to be her jaw and chin. Asking because those are my biggest failos. That and my nose but my nose looks harmonious from the front at least. If I can make my jaw change like her's, I wouldn't ascend, but my quality of life would really improve.
